1. பெற்றோர் அனைவரும் ,குறிப்பாக வசதியான பெற்றோர் ...மாதத்தின் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட நாளை (யாவது) 'உண்மை உணர்த்தும்' நாளாக கொண்டாட (?) /அனுஷ்டிக்க வேண்டும் . Truth Realization Day ..!!
( at least to start with..increase frequency on the go)
Parents, especially the creamy layered ones should follow this....
ஒவ்வொரு 29ம் தேதியில் ...உங்கள் மகனோ மகளோ -8 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்ட வாண்டுகளை - வறுத்து எடுக்கலாம்...அவர்களின் நன்மைக்கே ....So no worries.
First They will get irritated, Then get adopted, finally habituated..!
One fine morning....start the operation....
காலை முதல் அவர்களின் எந்த வேளையிலும் உதவாதீர்கள்......
ஒரு பைசா கொடுக்காதீர்கள் ......
சமையல் முதற்கொண்டு ......தெரிந்ததை செய்து சாப்பிட்டு கொள்ளட்டும் .

But 'Let them do' their jobs on their own....starting from cooking. Just teach them cooking one day before itself. Say, How to cook Rasam ? Will they listen. Never.
They wouldn't have listened or concentrated properly.
இந்த ஒரு நாளுக்கு பின் மறுபடியும் cooking சொல்லித்தாருங்கள்.

'பாசம்' பாறை மேல படிஞ்சாலும் ...பிள்ளைங்க மேல படிஞ்சாலும் ...வழுக்கி விழுறது என்னவோ நாம தான் ....என்னமோ போடா மாதவா!!!
3. சிறு சிறு பொறுப்புகள்தான் அவர்களை பெரிய பருப்புகள் ஆக்கும்
தண்ணீர் பிடித்து வைப்பது....Filling water in the water bottles
பால் வாங்கி வருவது....getting the milk from door pocket/security
இரவு தூங்குமுன்னும் /வெளியில் செல்லும் முன்னும் கதவுகளை check பண்ண சொல்வது .....Checking door locks before sleep/ before outings
Uniform உடைகளை அவர்களே manage செய்ய செய்வது....Maintain uniforms in the racks
லேப்டாப்-ஐ துடைத்து (?) சுத்தமாக வைத்து கொள்வது....Keep your laptops clean, yes of course, they are also using it no ?
சமையல் அறையை சுத்தமாக வைத்து கொள்ளல் ....Keeping the kitchen clean
பலசரக்குகளின் பெயரை தெரிந்து கொள்ளல் ....Getting to know the groceries name
அவர்களது விளையாட்டு பொருட்களை அவர்களே மேனேஜ் செய்ய சொல்வது ( அந்த விளையாட்டு பொருட்கள் தான் பிற்கால Files என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்க . How they manage Play things, they will manage their office files too in the same way of discipline ) Managing their play things in their shelf...
கீழே உக்கார்ந்து சாப்பிட பழக்குவது ...Please avoid dining tables

நமக்குத்தான் அது வேலை ...அவர்களுக்கு அது ஓர் பொழுது போக்கு.

நானே ஒரு நல்ல உதாரணம் ;-) I am one among such pampered tharuthalai.
This is not happening in the families of TVS, TATA, Reliance etc. For generations they are able to safeguard their wealth . (குட்டி குட்டி தீவுகள் எல்லாம் முன்னேறும் போது ..எல்லா வளமும் இருந்தும் நாம மட்டும் பிச்சைக்கார நாடாவே இருக்கோமே....ஏன் ?)
How ? (ஏன்னா அங்க லஞ்சம் இல்ல .....)
Becoz they are training them from the childhood. Rattan TATA got into the TATA group as a labour, not as a CEO. ( சப்..!! இருக்கு...சப்..!! இருக்கு ....அங்கல்லாம்...(thaavaangattaya thooku )....அங்கல்லாம் கடமையை மீறு ரதுக்கு ..தாண்டா லஞ்சம் ... இங்க கடமையை செய்றதுக்கே லஞ்சம் ...)
செல்லம் ..செல்லம் ..செல்லம்...பிறந்த நாளுக்கு surprise ....வேலை செஞ்சா surprise ....படிச்சா gift ...ஜெயிச்சா Party ....ட்ரிப் போனா Pocket money ...ஸ்கூலுக்கு bike ...காலேஜ்க்கு car .......இப்புடி செல்லம் குடுத்து குடுத்து தாண்டா இந்த தலைமுறையே தறுதலையா சுத்துது ..!!
ஊர் உலகத்துல நீங்க மட்டும்தான் புள்ளய பெத்தீங்களாடா?
கண்ணாடி முன்னாடி நின்னு நாம ஒவ்வொருத்தரும் இந்த கேள்வியை கேட்டுக்கணும்.....me too ;=)
