Max life - ate my money

Need Justice

 I paid 50,000/- per year as premium. 

 After a year, I asked them to return my money. 
They replied minimum 3 years i have to pay, so that I can get my money back.

 So I paid 3 yrs premium , So totally 1.5 lac  i have paid. 

Now When, I am asking my money back, they are giving me Rs.92000 only saying they are deducting the remaining amount. 

 The agent who compelled me to take this policy didn't reveal this to me.

 I have repeatedly complained,escalated,argued but of no use.

 I don't know how our govn. is giving approval for such schemes. I am really frustrated.

 Mr. Siddaraju is the guy, who is from either YES bank or Max life is the rootcause of all these.

 Both YES bank and MAX life are partnering this.

 Only through YES bank, I am forced to take this policy, promising that if i take this policy I can get ZERO BALANCE account.
