Why can't we Make First Aid - First class aid ?
Just came across an accident. The victim's right leg was hanging in air right from the calf muscle .
Everyone around the victim is in fuss. Good improvement compared to last decade where everyone will be a spectator.
F..k the rules. After this much years , SC declared to aid the victim.
One lady gave water. One guy called 108. One guy took his mobile and calling his relative. Someone moved him to shadow. But for getting ambulance it took 20 minutes, until then he was lying in the road with his broken leg.
First Aid:
1. Call to 108 and tell the location clearly with more than 3m landmarks.
2. Take the victim's mobile and try to inform his relatives
3. If his leg breaks tie it up with stick, without moving / with less movement.
4. Give him water. Keep him in Shadow. Make his lie comfortably.
These are the usual things.
He can quickly reach the accident spot and administer the PAIN KILLER and some precautionary measures. So that the delay in ambulance arrival makes less effect.
This much happening but no police attended. Even in some other accidents I have seen POLICE didn't know how to respond in such medical emergency ? Perhaps it worsen the situation. Those who are passing by simply thinks that 'Oh..Police is there ..so he can manage'.
But a POLICE constable doesn't know anything else other than calling to 108 and waiting. At times he may keep on behaving aggressively.
Respected Police Academy, Please change your method of training. Your Constables are behaving as merciless robots even during emergency. Train them in nursing and in humanity too.

Surprisingly 'Road side Ambanis' one of my fav short films also directed by him.
Now he is taking 'Anjarakulla vandi' ha..ha... may be a feature film it seems ....Impressive...

Why can't the government ambulance send a nursing guy in two wheeler before the ambulance with a PAIN KILLER injection ,bandages, saline,Ice bags etc ?
